Are you wholesalers or retailers?
We do both wholesale and retail business. PashminaImport.com is for our wholesale customers.
Do you offer discounted price on bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer discounted price on bulk orders. A minimum order of 100 pieces qualifies for the special discount. However, we also allow new clients bulk order discounts on a minimum order of 50 pieces to help their business and our relationship with them grow. This helps them acquaint with our quality products.
What is the minimum order to qualify for bulk order discounts?
As you would notice, there is a substantial difference between our retail prices and wholesale prices. We offer discount price on a minimum order of 100 pieces. New clients are offered the same discount on a minimum order of 50 pieces.
Do your products ensure quality?
Our pashmina products are one of the finest in the industry. We not only ensure quality pashmina, cashmere, and woolen products to our clients, but also provide some of the most intricately designed embroidery needled by the finest embroidery hands in the industry.
What is the range of your products?
We have products to suit the needs of all those who love Indian pashmina, cashmere, and woolen items. We have a products range with prices that are very low to top quality products commanding a high price. Most of our products are affordable, but we do have exclusive pashmina quality for those who demand nothing less than pure pashmina.
Do you have a wide range of colors?
Yes, we do have a wide variety of colors for certain products. Our color chart can be referenced. We just take an extra day to dye a color that is not available in our stock.
Are your colors exactly as shown on the monitor?
Our endeavor is to make the color in the picture as close as possible to the original color. Difference in the two may appear due to the settings of each monitor.
What is a ply?
Plies are strands of yarn twisted together to form a single thread or yarn.
How long does it take to execute an order?
It normally takes 48 – 72 hours for us to execute an order.
